Dr. Ma's first overseas experience was as a start-up seeking for business opportunity in India. After years of overseas exploring in international trade and investment, he, together with his overseas team, have made remarkable achievements in global market, establishing a worldwide marketing & servicing network that covers the main countries along the "Belt and Road".
Dr. Ma is a respectable entrepreneur, expert, professor and thinker. He completed his doctor degree in Economics at DUFE and holds a MBA from DLUT. He also studied metallurgy and Environmental Management in Tsinghua University. Knowledgeable as he is, Dr. Ma is still modest, calling himself as “a little man doing great things”. Due to his talents and innovative ideas, he has been invited to numerous international conferences, including TMS, World Mobile Conference, APEC, World Environmental Conference, Summer Davos and so on with his speech arousing worldwide praise and has also been granted with several titles like China Chief E-Commerce Expert of BRICS Countries of UNIDO, Outstanding Builder of the Social Cause with Chinese Characteristics, Ambassador of Sino-Indian friendship, etc.
He never stops and seems to be always on the business trip. Over the past years, he has visited 129 countries and regions covering over 300 steel works, 100 Aluminum plants and Copper smelters, 200 mines, 100 project designing companies. As for India alone, he has visited there for 218 times and once participated in the Premier Li Keqing’s state visit to India and Indian Prime Minister Modi’s visit to China. He was thus awarded as the Ambassador of Sino-Indian friendship.
As a man of brilliant vision, Dr Ma founded Ark of China, China’s first industrial Internet O2O platform, aiming to create an innovative e-commerce ecosystem amongst global SMEs. Under the guidance of his years of commercial experience and visionary leadership, Ark of China has made extraordinary accomplishments and aroused widespread attention and support from Chinese Authorities.
