re-use, mixed-income, mixed-use development aimed at

attracting a new demographic to Orange County’s premier

waterfront community.

The project will maintain a Health Care provider’s current

tenancy, which also is looking to expand their practice.

The project will also be anchored by the creation of a farm-to-

table restaurant on the ground floor of the corner building.
